How does it work?
The first session is an introductory meeting. Here we will explore your question and see if we have a click.
Depending on your questions and needs, we will look into it further and schedule a second meeting, either in the short term or at a later date.
During the coaching sessions, we will explore where you are now and the challenges you face. What is the root cause of your stress, emotions, or feelings of being stuck? What do you need?
Not only will we examine your emotions and thoughts, but we will also consider your motivations, obstacles, and beliefs to better understand your question.
The purpose of the conversations is to achieve a change that aligns with your needs, allowing you to shape your life with greater satisfaction in a way that suits you.
