'Holding space for that which we prefer to avoid, giving attention to the unspeakable'
As a coach, I am characterized by making room for what we would rather avoid and paying attention to the unspeakable and invisible, with the aim of helping you shape a life where you experience more freedom of choice through self-knowledge.
Due to my own background, I have always been fascinated by the human story—how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. I am drawn to making the unspeakable visible, and this has always inspired my work.
The place where we avoid ourselves is the place where we get to know ourselves best.
I graduated as a teacher at the Fontys School of the Arts, specializing in
communication and theatre. My work as a teacher, trainer, and team leader, combined with my own experiences of vulnerability, deepened my interest in providing more personal guidance for people.
After training as a coach at Sonneveld Opleidingen and specializing in stress and
burnout guidance, I have been working as a coach in my own practice since 2021.

In my coaching I work with, among other things:
– Systemic work – family constellations
– Focusing, a technique developed by Eugene Gendlin
– Meditation and visualization techniques
– NLP methods
– voice dialogue
