We all have moments when we experience stress or don’t feel comfortable in our own skin. Usually, these moments pass on their own, but sometimes that’s not the case. Feelings of stress, anxiety, sadness, or anger may linger, leaving you with a sense of being stuck or overwhelmed. During these times, it can be helpful to talk to someone about it. During our coaching conversations there is room for your story and I’ll help clarify your thoughts and feelings, what lies behind your thoughts? What are your feelings about and what do you need at this moment? Which part of yourself needs more attention? How can you connect with your desires, your values ​​and what is important to you?
During our coaching conversation, you gain a better understanding of yourself , your needs and desires. This process allows you to reassess what truly matters to you, recognize which values are important to you, and act on what you need at the moment.
